Montello Welcome Home II is a three-story building whose 23-units include one bedroom, a private bath, kitchen and living quarters, also provides tenants with a common laundry room and a meeting area. There are three ADA accessible units available for tenants with disabilities. Each unit was built with energy efficiency in mind, to reduce utility costs for tenants. Montello Welcome Home II is the second phase to Father Bill’s & MainSpring’s Jack’s Place/Patti’s House which provides 20 affordable housing units for homeless and veterans across the street.
